Fire assay crucibles have a higher than normal resistency to cracking under fire assay conditions, used in laboratories. We have a variety of shapes and sizes available to cater to specifications required.

Production Information:
(1) Press: Pressed the crucibles by punch machine with specific mould according to the sizes that customer require
(2) Air-dry: Pressed crucible, air dried for at least 12 hours in the air drying workshop
(3) Drying: when the crucible is air dried for 12 hours, enters the self built drying line using natural gas and is dried for 36 hours
(4) Inspection and packing: the crucible after drying for 36 hours, inspect the surface of crucibles whether is smooth or have cracks. After inspection, packed. .
Packing and delivery:
After finishing the order,the standard export carton or wooden case will be packed carefully. We accept all kinds of delivery terms, including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF
